Anyone with an autoimmune disorder needs this. Which is everyone. :) I used to be allergic to everything (mast cells) but this has tamed it to a point I can eat almost normal food. Just buy the powdered collection it worth it. It's still cheaper then the doctor. Years later I still buy these supplements, thymus, brain and intestines are my favorites. I eat junk now thanks ancestral supplements.
