I am a size 20 and bust size 42G. I bought the 4xl and the bottoms fit just fine, the top is ok but the girls just barely squeezed into the cups (also some spillage)! Seems pretty opaque to me but I haven’t used in the water yet. I was a little surprised with the long ties around the waistband, the picture made me think that it was a sown in tie that was short but they are long and wrap all the way around your body. Pretty happy with this purchase!
